Biography - Gracia C. Huntington

Gracia started Huntington Search Strategies in 2008 to provide effective tools and training for individuals preparing for career changes.

Prior to launching Huntington Search Strategies, Gracia enjoyed a career in recruiting spanning over 15 years and covering a myriad of recruiting roles. Specifically, Gracia held senior-level corporate recruiting and recruitment management positions with industry-leading companies such as Google, Netflix, Yahoo!, and Goldman Sachs. Additionally, with firms such as Korn Ferry and other industry-specific boutique firms, Gracia provided executive search services to companies in various industries. Lastly, for several years, Gracia has provided career mapping and interview preparation services on behalf of academic institutions (in presentation format and topic-specific programs) and, directly, for individual job seekers alike (one-on-one coaching).

Gracia earned an MBA at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and received a BA at Wellesley College. Additionally, she received a Certificate in Coaching from New Ventures West, is a Certified SCUBA Instructor, and often can be spotted in public speaking engagements.

Her passion for empowering others, by way of imparting the knowledge gained over the course of her recruiting career, is the driving factor in launching Huntington Search Strategies and in providing individuals the very highest quality job search coaching.
